We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Team Leader to support our courier operation in Aylesham. You'll oversee night-shift staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure parcels are processed accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities-
Team Leadership - Lead and support operatives to meet shift targets.

Workflow Oversight - Manage parcel intake, scanning, routing, and loading.

Health & Safety - Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

Quality Standards - Maintain accuracy and parcel integrity.

Shift Reporting - Complete handovers and escalate operational issues.
