2. The service

Nightshifts is a job board for night shift and overnight roles in the UK. We connect job seekers with employers. We do not employ you; employers are responsible for their vacancies, hiring decisions and any employment relationship.

3. Your use of the site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or applying
• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, scrape or attempt to circumvent the service
• Not post false, misleading or offensive content (employers)

4. Job listings

Job listings are submitted by employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or that roles remain available. We reserve the right to remove listings that breach our guidelines or the law.

5. Limitation of liability

Nightshifts is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from employer conduct, or from the accuracy or availability of job listings. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
