Warehouse Operative – Newbury (RG14)
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced distribution site in Newbury (RG14) for a well-established delivery company.
Job Duties:
- Loading and unloading parcels
- Manual handling of items up to 25kg+
- Working efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Shift Availability (Flexible – Mon to Sun):
- Night Shift: 1:00am – 9:00am (£12.21ph , increasing to £15.01 after 12 weeks)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (£12.21ph, increasing to £12.29 after 12 weeks)
Candidate Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible with shifts and working days
- Basic DBS check required before starting
- Own safety shoes
Start Date:
- Week Commencing 16/02/2026
