We are currently recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives on behalf of our client, based in Great Yarmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent role following a successful training period.
Working HoursTraining Period (First 8 Weeks):
- Monday to Thursday: 07:40 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:40 – 12:40
After Training – Night Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 21:40 – 07:00
- £12.71 per hour during training
- £13.59 per hour once moved onto night shift
- Temporary during training period
- Permanent position available upon successful completion of training and transition to nights
- Operating production machinery
- Assembling and manufacturing products
- Quality checking finished items
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working night shifts after training
- Full training provided
