About the role

HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted for day or night shifts

Corus is recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with our established logistics client.

Your responsibilities:
  • Complete deliveries and collections safely and on time.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
  • Ensure loads are secure before travelling.
  • Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
  • Follow drivers’ hours, tachograph rules and site procedures.
  • Provide a professional service to customers and site teams.
What you’ll need:
  • A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
  • A valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
  • A good understanding of road safety and drivers’ hours.
  • A reliable, punctual and flexible approach.
  • Good communication skills.
