Pay Rate: £28,000-£34,000 (Dependent on Experience PLUS shift premium) Grade: RSC N Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: VARIOUS AVAILABLE across earlies/lates & nights any 5 days from 7 Location: Derby - DE21 7HW

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve safety, productivity, quality and service KPIs
• Coordinate daily operational activities across areas such as Inbound, Returns, Pick, Pack and Outbound
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all DHL health, safety and security standards
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support colleague development and engagement
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, performance and operational standards

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Warehouse, logistics or distribution team leadership experience
• Strong people management, coaching and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
• Automation, FMCG or start-up operation experience is desirable.
