About the Role:

Join our team supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs at a residential service in Biggleswade. This role centers on enabling service users to live safely, build life skills, and participate actively in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering individual daily care and emotional/practical support.
  • Encouraging participation in community integration and personal hobbies.
  • Assisting with medication administration and health monitoring.
  • Working collaboratively with families, multi-disciplinary teams, and managers.

Requirements:

  • Background in adult social care, autism care, or mental health support.
  • Passionate about advocating for individuals with complex needs.
  • Relevant UK care compliance documents (DBS, training certificates, references).
