We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 drivers to work for a leading general haulage company based in Halifax.

This position is based on a temporary basis but could lead to ongoing/permanent work.

Responsibilities:

  • Class 1 Curtain sider work
  • Monday - Friday
  • Nights out involved, averaging 2-3 nights out per week
  • 05:00 am onwards
  • Average shift length 10-13hrs
  • Pay: £16.50ph PAYE (holidays paid separately)
  • £26.20 per night out

Requirements:

  • 1 year on HGV 1 licence
  • Valid HGV 1 licence, CPC & Tacho card
  • No more than 6 points for speeding, no endorsements
