Location: Heston

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (Day Shift)

Salary: £28,828 per annum

Shift Allowances:

• £3,000 Day Shift Allowance
• £5,000 Night Shift Allowance (where applicable)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy aviation logistics operation in Heston. This is a highly accurate, time-critical role where you will be responsible for ensuring aircraft components are processed, picked, and packed correctly to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack aircraft components within tight, time-sensitive deadlines
• Carry out stock checks, inspections, and cycle counts
• Update and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Scan and process relevant documentation accurately
• Handle Dangerous Goods in line with regulatory requirements (where applicable)
• Maintain stock accuracy levels of 98% or higher
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Identify and report any hazards or unsafe practices immediately

• Strict adherence to all site Health & Safety policies
• Responsibility for reporting risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

About You

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Able to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Confident using scanners and warehouse systems
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices (Dangerous Goods experience is an advantage)
