Warehouse Operative – Motherwell

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Motherwell on an ongoing basis.

Shifts:

• Working 5 days out of 7
• Day and Night shifts available

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Experience within warehousing
• Confident using hand tools and related equipment
• Reliable, hard working, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely

Training:

• Full training provided
• Ongoing development support
