We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our friendly night team based near Chipping Ongar 

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into

No two nights are the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with your teammates
• Sorting and organising boxes using delivery manifests (time to show off those detective skills!)
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and running like a well-oiled machine
• Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture – we take this seriously
• Carrying out general warehouse duties (teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Cleaning communal areas including the office, kitchen, and facilities
• Preparing and completing morning reports before handover

Training & Development

We’re big on helping our team grow! You’ll have the opportunity to gain:

• FLT (Forklift Truck) training
• First Aid training
• Fire Warden certification
• Hands-on experience operating an Electric Forklift Truck (full training provided if needed!)

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what will make you a great fit:

• Good level of English
• Previous warehouse experience (nice to have, not essential!)
• Counterbalance FLT licence (again, great if you have it – we can train you if not)
• Basic IT skills
• Strong organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
• A positive, can-do attitude whether working solo or in a team
• Able to commute to CM5 

The Details

• Shift: Sunday to Thursday
• Hours: 20:30 – 05:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• Location: CM5 0DU
