We are seeking a Trunk Road Coordinator to support the delivery of cyclical maintenance works on the A55. This role is primarily night-based, ensuring essential roadworks are completed safely and efficiently.

Location: Ffordd Maelgwyn, Llandudno Junction, Conwy, LL31 9PN

Pay: £18.72 per hour

Contract: 3 Months+ Typically (6:00pm – 6:00am, 3–4 nights per week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise cyclical maintenance works on the A55
  • Coordinate teams and ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule
  • Monitor site activity and maintain high standards of health & safety
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
About You:
  • Experience in highways, maintenance, or site supervision
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage on-site operations
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices
