Warehouse Operative – Minworth, Sutton Coldfield (B76)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced production site in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. This is a brilliant opportunity to secure ongoing work with excellent pay rates and consistent shifts, with immediate starts available.
Shifts
• 4 on / 2 off rotating shift pattern
• Days: 7am – 7pm (£14.65 per hour)
• Nights: 7pm – 7am (£15.87 per hour)
Day-to-Day Duties
• Loading and unloading products on the production line
• Packing, stacking, and quality checking items
• General warehouse and production duties
• Following Health & Safety procedures
• Working to targets in a fast-moving environment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation

Essential Skills
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Previous warehouse or production experience
