WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – NIGHT SHIFT – IMMEDIATE START

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Leicester working Sunday to Thursday night shifts (22:00–06:00) paying £16.11 per hour.

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Picking and packing orders accurately using hand scanners
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and unpacking incoming deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Good communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience including picking and packing
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and self-motivated attitude
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment

Training

• Full industry-related training and ongoing support provided
