Location: West London | Salary: £35,000-£38,000 | Shifts: 4 on/4 off, 7am-7pm

Key agenda of the role:
- Lead concierge/front-of-house team
- Drive service standards & resident satisfaction
- Manage rotas, holidays, sickness & lateness
- Oversee day-to-night handovers
- Handle high-volume operational workload
- Work with site leadership to streamline operations
