Night Shift Operators – Immediate Start

Machine Operators – 3 Roles Available

My client is currently recruiting 3 Night Shift Operators to join a busy and well-established production environment. Immediate interviews and start date available.

Full training will be provided. No previous experience is required although machine operator / experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous.

Shift Pattern

• Training Period:
  
  Monday to Friday
  
  07:00 – 15:30 (Day Shift)
• Post-Training (Night Shift):
  
  Monday to Friday
  
  23:00 – 07:30

Pay Rates

• £13.75 per hour during training (day shift)
• £16.00 per hour once training is completed and you move to the night shift

Available Roles

• Inkjet Operator – operating and monitoring inkjet machinery, ensuring quality standards are met
• Dispatch Operator – picking, packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Binder Operator – operating binding machinery and ensuring accurate finishing of materials

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Following production schedules and quality standards
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Adhering to health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements

• No experience required - full training provided
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to train on days before moving to nights
• Ability to work night shifts once trained
