Peak Season 2026 | October - December | Various Shifts

Looking for work this festive season? Pertemps is recruiting Parcel Sorting Operatives to support Royal Mail at the Atherstone Parcel Hub during their busiest time of year.

No previous warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided.

The role

• You’ll help keep Royal Mail’s parcel operation moving by:
• Sorting and scanning parcels
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving parcels around the hub
• Working as part of a busy team to meet targets
• Following site health and safety procedures

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team players who are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Previous warehouse or parcel experience is beneficial but not essential.

Roles are expected to run from October to December 2026. Successful applicants will need to complete Royal Mail’s required pre-employment checks, including a DBS check.
