Warehouse Operative - Weekend Shifts - Tannochside

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a busy operation based in Tannochside.

This is a 2-week contract, with further opportunities potentially available across other People Solutions sites in the local area as they move into their peak period.

Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking for weekend work, extra hours or short-term warehouse work with the potential to continue onto other assignments.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, Picker Packer, Production Operative or General Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• Day Shift: £12.71 per hour
• Back Shift: £13.00 per hour
• Night Shift: £13.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work:

• Days: 06:00 to 14:00
• Backs: 14:00 to 22:00
• Nights: 22:00 to 06:00
• Weekend shifts available
• Part-time and full-time hours welcome
• 2-week contract
• Further local opportunities may be available after this assignment

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Sorting and moving stock within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Checking products and orders for accuracy
• Completing general warehouse duties
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Working towards daily productivity and quality targets
• Supporting other areas of the warehouse when required

Training:

• Full registration must be completed before starting work
• Right to Work documentation will be required as part of the registration process
• Candidates must confirm which shifts they are available to work
• Please ensure your availability is accurate before accepting shifts
• Successful candidates must be able to commit to the agreed 2-week assignment
