What I do:

· You will need to reset each position throughout the night and clean every area in the back of house and/ or front of house

· Work with another person or two on shift

· Be able to Handle deep cleaning tasks to Nando's high standards

· Follow all Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Restaurant Security Measures
