Hours: Day and Night Shifts Available - some shifts are 4 on/4off or Sunday to Thursday
Salary: Competitive – Dependent on experience
We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics team. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking, packing, and preparing goods to tight deadlines
- Inspecting, stocking, and performing inventory cycle counts
- Maintaining stock accuracy and updating warehouse management systems
- Scanning and handling documentation accurately
- Adhering to processes, KPIs, and compliance standards
- Handling Dangerous Goods (DG) materials safely
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous warehouse experience
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maths and English qualifications
- DG training and forklift/MH experience advantageous but training can be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Commitment to quality and meeting deadlines
- Teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow strict safety procedures and maintain compliance
