The work includes manual handling and lifting, carrying out and recording quality checks, operating overhead cranes, along with auxiliary and related equipment.

Pay and Shift:You will work 4 on 4 off (x2 Day shifts and x2 Night shifts)

Day shift £13.53

Nights: £17.98

Pay rate to increase once FLT and other training stages passed

Day Shift increases to 13.69 Days, 18.21 Nights

Responsibilities/Functions:

• Takes responsibility for their own safety and proactively looks out for the safety of others

• Understand and implement standard operating procedures throughout your daily duties.

• Potential requirement to train on FLT trucks on site to support production needs (training provided in-house)

• Perform and record quality checks required, input data into relevant systems.

• Carry out the starting up & shutting down of site equipment when necessary.

• Recognise improper machine function and take corrective action and provide information to resolve discrepancies

• Follow production schedules

• Support the maintenance team by remain at work station and assisting when necessary while repairs are being carried out.

• Keep work area clean and participate in 5S activities

• Provide a detailed shift handover that ensures smooth transition between shifts

• Adhere to company policies and rules

• Any other duties required by the Team Leader / Operations Manager
