Class 1 Driver

Manpower Wales are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 Trunker Drivers to join a well-established, family-run distribution business with an excellent reputation across the UK logistics sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers looking for regular, ongoing work with both day and night shifts available.

The Role:

• Trunking and palletised deliveries between distribution centres and customer sites
• Safe and efficient transportation of goods
• Vehicle checks and completion of relevant paperwork
• Securing loads correctly using straps and other load restraint methods
• Adhering to all driving regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
• Previous experience with palletised deliveries
• Good geographic knowledge and route planning skills
• Experience securing and strapping down loads
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more 6 points - No major endorsements
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
