Weekend Counterbalance FLT Driver

Xpert Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a permanent position within a busy warehouse and production environment.

Candidates must hold a valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence and be confident carrying out a variety of warehouse and forklift duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for a permanent role with a 40-hour weekly contract.

Shift Pattern
The role operates on the following shift pattern:

• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Night shifts: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM on Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday.

Contract: 40 hours per week.

Please note that the night shift days will be either Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Stacking and moving stock within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading goods from production areas.
• Loading products onto MAV.
• Picking orders and handling materials as required.
• Moving stock and materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Supporting the smooth running of warehouse and production operations.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• A valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is desirable.
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift safely.
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Ability to work the specified shift pattern.
• A flexible and proactive approach to warehouse duties.
