The Role

As Night Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of this luxury development, ensuring residents receive a first-class service whilst keeping the building safe and secure throughout the night.

You'll be working alongside an experienced Night Manager and fellow Night Concierge in a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming residents and visitors professionally

• Maintaining the security of the development

• Managing deliveries and resident parcels

• Conducting regular building patrols

• Assisting with contractors and out-of-hours incidents

• Completing reports and handovers

• Delivering outstanding customer service every shift

Who We're Looking For

Experience as a Concierge is welcome, but it's your attitude that will set you apart.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within either residential or high-end/5* hotels
• Friendly and approachable
• Professional and well presented
• Calm under pressure, reliable and proactive
• A strong communicator
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• A genuine team player
