Pay Rate: £17.31 per hour + Night Premiums
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: 4-Day Week (Monday–Friday Operating Schedule)

We are recruiting multiple drivers to join a well-established automotive transport operation based in the Bicester area, supporting one of the UK's leading vehicle manufacturers.

The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering automotive components to manufacturing facilities across the UK.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
- Complete deliveries to automotive manufacturing plants
- Conduct vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
Valid LGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Maximum 6 penalty points
Valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC/DQC)
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience
Strong understanding of driver compliance and road transport legislation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
High attention to detail
Flexible and professional approach
Desirable
Previous automotive or manufacturing logistics experience
