Contract: Start week of the 15th July - Until end of August

Shift Pattern: Night Shift, Monday-Friday
Location: Andover

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. This role operates on a Night Shift offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.

Rotating Shift Pattern

This position works across two alternating weekly shifts:

• Night Shift: 21:48 - 06:00

Role Overview

You will be responsible for accurately weighing cartons and record weight information, ensuring products meet company specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh cartons using calibrated weighing equipment every hour
• Verify carton weights against specified requirements and quality standards.
• Accurately record and report weight data on controlled documentation.
• Identify and escalate any weight discrepancies, damaged cartons, or quality concerns to the IMA Operator and SMT.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and Health and Safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and operational objectives.
• Assist with other production-related duties as directed by supervisors or management.
