Our customer is seeking experienced FLT Drivers with either current, or recently lapsed Bendi / Flexi licences to join their leading logistics base in the South Derbyshire area, easily accessible from Burton, Uttoxeter and Derby.
All applicants will be expected to people to commit to a 2 or 3 shift rotation, involving AM/ PM/ Night shift on a weekly alternation. We would be seeking proven demonstratable fork lift operating experience of at least 3 months in a distribution setting.
Duties of the FLT Flexi Driver will include:
+ Safe operation of the forklift and LLOP
+ Operating MHE in a safe and controlled manner in spite of busy high-pressure environment
+ Supporting with manual palletising duties when required
+ Use of RF scanning gun
+ Assisting with any stock-related queries/ discrepancies
Hours of work: 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600 switching weekly
Rate of pay: £15.32 per hour (increasing to £19.15 for all hours worked over 40)
