Job Title: Night Concierge
Location: London - Canary Wharf
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Night Concierge role within a high-end residential development based in London.
Shift Details:
- Working days
- Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors
- Manage parcels, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
- Monitor the building and report any issues
- Liaise with management and maintenance teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Background in hospitality (e.g. hotels) or residential concierge roles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- Able to work independently
