Salary: £43979.50 to £48,222.72 p/a (Nights)
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader to lead our night shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and support the night shift production team.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Allocate workloads and coordinate staffing to meet production demands.
- Complete shift handovers and production documentation.
- Promote Health & Safety and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
- Support the training and development of team members.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues.
- Assist with production, tooling, and continuous improvement activities when required.
About You

- Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Good machining or engineering knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and lead a team on a permanent night shift.
