Description

• Manage and coordinate night operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
• Lead and supervise the night team, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during night shifts.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
• Address and resolve any issues or disruptions that arise during the night shift.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control processes during night operations.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained and ready for use.

Profile

A successful Lead Night Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing teams within a retail or distribution environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team.

Job Offer

• A salary ranging from £42,000 to £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• An additional annual premium of £5,000 for night shifts.
