Shifts: Days & Waking Nights
Hours: Fully Flexible
Driving Licence: Desirable, but not essential
Are you an experienced Children's Support Worker looking for flexible work across Kent?
We are looking for passionate, reliable and experienced support workers to take on a variety of rewarding roles working with children, young people and families.

The RolesDepending on your experience and availability, you may be supporting within:
- Residential children's homes
- Family support services
- Supervised and supported family contact
- One-to-one support with children and young people
- Community-based support
- Short-term and temporary placements
- Day shifts
- Waking night shifts
You will help provide safe, consistent and positive support while building professional relationships with children, young people and families.
What We're Looking ForExperience is essential. We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working with children, young people or within a relevant care/support setting.
You should also have:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people in a professional setting
- A caring, patient and resilient approach
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Reliability and flexibility
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong understanding of safeguarding
- A valid driving licence is desirable but not essential
- £15-£18 per hour
