Warehouse Operative - Night shift

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a temporary basis. 

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Moving vehicles in the yard - full driving licence required
• Operating the Counterbalance FLT safely and effectively - if applicable
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across transport and warehouse teams

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Ideally hold a Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Experience within warehousing using a PDA
• A full UK driving licence
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
