Location: Accrington

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team within a specialized inpatient mental health service for young people. Our facility provides a unique blend of psychological, psychotherapeutic, and psychosocial support alongside pharmacological treatment.

As a leader on the night shift, you will be responsible for upholding high clinical standards and role-modeling core values that prioritize individualized, trauma-informed care.

The Shift Pattern

This role follows a consistent "long week/short week" rotation:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• Hours: 7:50 PM - 8:05 AM

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) setting.

• Registration: A valid NMC Pin is essential for this role.

• Location: Ability to commute to our site in Accrington.
