Salary: £31,500 per annum + £2,500 salary increase upon successful completion of X-Ray Training

Job Type: Full-time, 4 on 4 off Nights
Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Night Warehouse Operative to join their busy operation in Langley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their skills further.

Following successful completion of the company's X-Ray Training programme, your salary will increase by an additional £2,500 per annum.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Receiving, checking and processing inbound and outbound freight.
• Sorting and scanning shipments accurately.
• Preparing freight for dispatch and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Conducting warehouse checks to maintain accuracy and security of stock.
• Following company procedures and standard operating processes.
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and in line with security requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to meet operational deadlines.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or freight forwarding experience is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
• A flexible and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete X-Ray Training.
