Bendi Forklift Driver – Night Shift

Location: Reading, RG6 1AZ

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: 7:00pm – 5:00am, Monday to Friday

Break: 1 hour unpaid

Contract: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediate start available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi Forklift Driver to join our client's busy operation based in Reading (RG6 1AZ).

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Bendi Driver looking for a long-term temp-to-perm position working Monday to Friday on a night shift.

The Role

As a Bendi Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the yard and warehouse. Duties will include:

• Operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and tipping vehicles.
• Working within the yard and moving stock around the site.
• Loading, unloading and relocating stock.
• Moving stock and materials to the correct locations.
• Ensuring goods are handled and stored safely.
• Keeping the yard and working areas organised and tidy.
• Supporting the warehouse team with general warehouse duties when required.
• Following all company health & safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Requirements

The successful candidate must:

• Hold a valid Bendi forklift licence.
• Have previous experience operating a Bendi forklift.
• Be confident working in a busy yard environment.
• Have a proactive approach and be able to use their own initiative.
• Have a great work ethic and reliable attitude.
• Be punctual, dependable and safety-conscious.
• Be willing to assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
