The role of a Back of House Nandoca is simple…to clean the restaurant to the highest standard overnight.
What I do
Good at cleaning? Can you work shift from 10:30Pm to 2:30Am?
- You will need to reset each position throughout the night and clean every area in the back of house
- work with another person.
- I handle deep cleaning to Nando's high standards
- I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures
