Job Title: Shift Maintenance Engineer - Interview & Immediate Start
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 + £1,200 Bonus (OTE £55,000+)
Shift: Rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG food manufacturer in Aylesbury. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, you will focus primarily on mechanical maintenance across automated production lines, while also supporting electrical fault finding to maximise equipment reliability and performance.

This role offers excellent training, clear progression into senior or project roles, and long-term stability within a growing and well-invested business.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Multi-skilled engineer (mechanical or electrical bias)

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification

• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts

• Background in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Armed Forces environments

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical fault finding and maintenance

• Electrical fault diagnosis

• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance on production equipment

Desirable

• FMCG or food manufacturing experience

• Continuous improvement exposure

• Experience with automated or high-speed production lines
