We're looking for Maintenance Engineers to join a busy manufacturing operation. With 4 day shift positions and 2 night shift positions available, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

The Role

You'll work closely with production teams to ensure machinery and equipment are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintaining production and packaging equipment.
• Supporting statutory inspections and compliance activities.
• Completing maintenance records and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Following health, safety, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Supporting site services, facilities maintenance, and contractor management when required.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from candidates with some or all of the following:

• Maintenance experience within manufacturing, production, engineering, or facilities environments.
• Mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Electrical qualifications, including 17th Edition or similar.
• Experience of fault finding and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Good IT skills and experience using maintenance systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Full UK driving licence.

• 2 x Night Shift Maintenance Engineer positions
