About the RoleWe are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Aberystwyth (SY23). This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
You will be working in a supportive environment providing person-centred care to service users with varying support needs.
Responsibilities- Supporting individuals with personal care and daily routines
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication prompts
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Ensuring a safe and positive environment at all times
- Caring, patient, and dependable nature
- Previous support work or care experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work long days and/or night shifts
- Right to work in the UK
