Job Description
We are currently recruiting a reliable and professional Class 2 (HGV C) Driver to join our team on a temp to perm basis. The role offers a varied mix of day and night work with plenty of notice given for scheduling.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver looking for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Day Work:
- Start times from 0700
- Duties include:
- Local pallet deliveries to businesses
- Hub runs and trailer swaps
- Occasional handball depending on customer requirements
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 (C) Driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months' experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK driving regulations and working time directives
- Good communication and time management skills
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
