Multi Skilled Operator

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator to join one of our clients as part of their dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Operate and adjust machinery with precision.
• Oversee manufacturing, packaging, and outbound processes.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are always met.
• Complete due diligence paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and compliant workspace.

What We're Looking For

• Required: Good understanding of English both spoken and written
• Have positive, can-do attitude.
• Confidence to make decisions independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, acting as a role model for others.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and adapt during busy periods.
• A methodical and thorough approach, with a focus on "getting it right the first time."
• Willingness to learn from mistakes and use them as opportunities for improvement.
