Social Media & Content Manager (Videography Focus)

East London | From £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experiences + Performance Bonuses

A premium, high-energy entertainment and hospitality venue is all over London is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to capture the energy of the brand Luxury Cafe and turn it into engaging digital content seen by thousands every week.

This role is all about storytelling through content. You’ll be behind the scenes and on the floor capturing the atmosphere, filming the moments people want to share, and transforming them into viral social media content.

If you live on TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video, understand how audiences engage online, and know how to turn a busy night into great content — this could be the perfect role.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the venue’s social presence and digital content output, ensuring the brand stays visible, engaging and growing online.

Your focus will be on capturing the venue’s energy, people and experiences through video and visual storytelling.

You will:

  • Film content during service, events and busy nights
  • Create daily short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and social platforms
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, guest reactions, drinks, food and atmosphere
  • Edit engaging video content using tools like CapCut, Premiere or similar
  • Manage Instagram Stories and daily social engagement
  • Reply to DMs, comments and online reviews
  • Work with influencers and creators visiting the venue
  • Collaborate with management on campaigns and promotions
  • Help shape the brand’s online personality and tone

You’ll essentially be the person responsible for making the venue look as exciting online as it feels in real life.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for hospitality, lifestyle or entertainment brands
  • Strong videography and short-form editing skills
  • Confident filming in busy environments
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and viral content
  • Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar
  • Creative eye for capturing moments and atmosphere
  • Someone proactive who can spot content opportunities quickly
  • Comfortable working evenings when the venue is busy
