Salary: £24.15 per hour (Up to £60,278 per annum)

Shift Pattern: 8pm – 8am (Full-time, Nights)

The Role:

As the lead Night Nurse, you will be the clinical heartbeat of the home during the night hours. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making safe, independent clinical decisions to ensure high-quality care.
• Administering medication and monitoring care practice within the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Updating person-centred care plans and risk assessments (keeping the home "CQC-ready").
• Leading and mentoring the night care team to promote dignity, choice, and respect for all residents.

What We Are Looking For:

• A valid UK NMC Pin number (RGN or RMN).
• A strong understanding of CQC and NMC regulatory frameworks.
• A kind, professional nature with a genuine passion for elderly care.
• Excellent communication skills and the reliability to lead a night shift effectively.
