Pay Rate: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour (Umbrella only)

Shifts: Days & Waking Nights (Flexible - Full & Part-Time Hours Available)

We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting young people in residential care settings across West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for flexible, temporary work with plenty of available hours, while making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting
• Promote positive outcomes and encourage independence
• Support with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months' UK experience working with children in a residential or similar setting
• A valid Right to Work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach
