Fire Marshall Supervisor

Job Title: Fire Marshal Supervisor (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Location: Canary Wharf
Pay Rate: £13.75- £15.41 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are currently recruiting 8 Fire Marshal Supervisors to support operations in one of our largest developments. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced individuals seeking consistent, long-term temporary work.

We are looking to fill:

• 4 x Day Shift Supervisors (7:00am - 7:00pm)

• 4 x Night Shift Supervisors (7:00pm - 7:00am)

All roles operate on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with 2 supervisors working per shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate Fire Marshal operations on site

• Ensure all fire safety procedures and protocols are followed

• Supervise Fire Marshals and provide leadership on shift

• Conduct routine safety checks and report hazards

• Act as a key point of contact in the event of fire-related incidents

Requirements:

• Previous Fire Marshal (FM) experience is essential

• Supervisor experience is highly desirable

• Valid Fire Marshal qualification preferred (training can be provided if required)

• SIA licence preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, professional, and able to commit to a consistent shift pattern

Additional Information:

• This is a temporary role, but we are seeking individuals interested in long-term, ongoing work

• The assignment may continue for over 12 months, although this cannot be guaranteed
