We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Champion House is a welcoming Victorian property that provides specialist care for up to 27 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs. Located just a short drive from Leeds and Bradford, residents benefit from easy access to a wide range of local amenities, including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and leisure facilities.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day & night shifts
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
  • Maintain accurate care and documentation
  • Support residents in achieving their personal health goals

What You'll Need

  • NMC Registered Nurse Pin
  • Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care
