People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative  to join our well-established client based in Widnes ,Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Warehouse operative or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts

• Rotating shift : Monday -Friday - 07:00-15:00/15:00-23:00.
• Night shift : Sunday -Thursday : 23:00-07:00. 

Pay rate: £14.78 - £26.17 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative , your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
• Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines
• Using hand tools and cutting equipment as required
• Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative , you will need:

• Experience within manufacturing and/or warehousing 
• Confident using hand tools and related equipment
• Reliable, hard-working, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely

Training Provided

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
