Children’s Home Senior – Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 per annum OR £14.50 per hour + £60 per sleep-in
BRB Recruit are working with a well-established children’s home in Liverpool looking for a Children’s Home Senior to join their dedicated team.
This is a hands-on role where you will support the day-to-day running of the home, help deliver high-quality care to children, and provide guidance and leadership to staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children and young people in line with care plans
- Lead and mentor staff on shift, ensuring best practice is followed
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and internal policies
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
- Complete accurate records, reports, and handovers
- Support therapeutic and positive approaches embedded in daily practice
- Level 3 in Children & Young People (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong understanding of how to support children in residential homes
- Previous experience in a senior role within children’s residential care
- Confident, hands-on, and able to lead by example
- Salary: £35,000 per annum OR £14.50 per hour
- Sleep-in pay: £60 per night
