What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within acute hospital environments
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
- Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to infection prevention and patient safety standards
Requirements
- Active NMC Registration
- Minimum 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years
- Availability for Day and/or Night shifts
- Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance documentation
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to declare any DBS convictions
